Dear Luke
After I confirmed with US PM, the issue the customer encounter is a problem of IE 7. It is caused by
the way IE7 performs feed format detection: it’s looking for elements starting with “RSS”. Clearly
this is incorrect in the case we encounter. We’ve noticed this issue and may consider fix it in the future.
